Eligibility for Refunds 

  1. Duplicate Payment – If you are accidentally charged twice for the same product/service.
     
  2. Wrong Product Purchase – If you purchased the wrong software/version by mistake, a refund or exchange may be considered (only if reported within 24–48 hours of purchase)

    Non-Refundable Cases 

    1. Refunds will not be issued for:
       
    2. Change of mind after purchase.
       
    3. Incorrect data entry or analysis done by the user.
       
    4. Results, predictions, or outcomes not matching user expectations (since software is a tool based on Vastu principles).
       
    5. Trial or demo versions already provided before purchase.
       
    6. Any request made after 7 days of purchase will not be eligible

      Refund Timeline 

      • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. 
      • Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway.
         

      Exchange / Credit Option 

      • In certain cases, instead of a refund, we may provide credit points or software version upgrade equal to the purchase value.
